A dashboard that leads with the work

Three screens, redesigned against the live product. Same violet identity, same tokens, same data — what changes is what each screen puts first.

Start

Four zero-tiles replaced by one sentence. The audit field is the first thing on the page, and "needs you" only exists when something does.

Ordered by what moved, with a score history per row. A site sliding for three weeks no longer looks like a stable one.

History

Grouped by day so the list has a rhythm, with failures set apart and retryable in place.

What I did not change

The palette, the type scale, the rail, the semantic colours. Those are settled and the contrast work behind them is already gated in CI — reopening them would spend your time re-litigating decisions that are working.

I also left the analysis screen alone here: it has its own set of options, and Option A is already shipping.

One thread runs through all three

Every screen currently opens with a measurement — a count, a score, a table sorted by name. None of them opens with a decision. The change in each case is the same: put the thing you came to do at the top, and let the numbers support it rather than introduce it.
